To maintain social distancing guidelines set forth by local, state and federal authorities, we will now be serving a basket breakfast in each room. Breakfast in the main dining room is now on hold until further notice.
Rates are based on double occupancy.

This B&B is not suitable for children and children are not allowed. Additional guest rate in the Rose Room suite is $30 per person per day. Maximum of 3 people in Rose Room.
We are now a smoke free property, and this includes smoking e-cigs (electronic). Smoking is prohibited on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in our rooms or common areas. No exceptions; guests may be asked to leave and no refunds given.
Prohibited – Sorry, but our insurance prohibits candle use, and guest will be responsible for all charges resulting in the clean-up of wax, smoke, and/or fire damages.
Sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Rates are subject to a 6% State Sales Tax, 3% Tourism Tax, and 1% Transient Lodging Tax
No minimum stay required, unless otherwise specified
Check-In is between 4:00pm-6:00pm Central time and Check-Out is by 11:00am. Monday thru Saturday. Check out on Sundays is 10am sharp due to we leave for church at 10:05am. You are welcome to attend church as well! We are not handicap accessible due to historic significance and age of home and all bedrooms are located upstairs. We do not have any ground floor bedrooms. Early arrivals must be per-arranged and agreeable by the Innkeeper and subject to a $50 early check in fee and be no earlier then 1pm. Same applies for late check out…must be pre-arranged and agreeable by the Innkeeper and subject to a $50 Late check out fee and be no later then 1pm. Please – no early drop-off of bags or in-room items. Drive-bys are permissible, but not for tours/history of the home, use of bathrooms, or other reasons for unexpected arrivals. Late Arrivals after 6:00pm require advance notification. Please, no calls or unexpected arrivals after 10:00pm, out of respect and courtesy of other house guests and the Innkeepers.
We are a small business and we commit to you that we will be here when you reserve the time. By your reservation, you commit that you will be here for the time of your reservation. Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations. Others are turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Should you cancel outside 4 days prior to arrival, your credit card will not be charged.The balance is due upon arrival of your stay. You are responsible for the entire amount of your rental agreement. All payments are guaranteed by a valid Credit or Debit Card. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 1/2 of room total and for those cancelling under 3 days of arrival, you will be charged entire amount.
Should you need to depart prior to your reservation end-date you will be expected to fulfill your reservation commitment.
Any damages to the property of Maple Hill and or extra cleaning up of guest will be billed to guest credit card. Any damage to linens or towels due to self tanners, chocolate, blood, unidentified massage oils or any other stain’s that do not come out of linens will be billed to customer on there credit card for replacement of linens. Any items missing from guest rooms will also be billed to guest credit card. Any personal items left in room or on property that need to be mailed back to guest will be charged on their credit card a $25 shipping and handling fee.
